“Mozart’s piano concerto KV 453 with David Theodor Schmidt was coherent and impressive throughout. Calmly, the pianist brought out the lyrical element of the composition even in the fast movements. Warm sounds came from the piano and the introvert Andante and the Allegretto which is full of string- and wind instrument interaction benefited greatly from this.”
