Fugal poetry
“Needless to say, one needs to be a master of his art like the 28-year old David Theodor Schmidt, to play the Partitas suitably. Schmidt juxtaposes two of them with three Preludes and Fugues for Organ, which Franz Liszt arranged for Piano. Which is not only an appealing combination but also created a delightful CD. “
